7 Different methods of relaxation

As we think we have different gods and the almighty is the only one........ In the same way we have 7 different methods for getting relaxation(i.e.., for meditation) they are:
  • The Pause Practice
  • Chakra Meditation
  • Tonglen practice
  • Metta meditation
  • Creativity as a meditative practice
  • Dancing as a meditative practice
  • Jewish Meditation                                                                                                  The ultimate aim of all these is only meditation
